On this call we will meet each other, agree on who should be in attendance, and coordinate a time for the 90-minute meeting with your leadership team.
2) 90-Minute Meeting
This meeting will paint a clear picture of the system and help you and your leadership team decide whether to move forward with EOS.
3) Path to Graduation
We will follow a proven process of 10 full-day offsite sessions within 24-months with your leadership team for you to master all all the tools and graduate!
